One of the worlds most prestigious Arab oil companies based in Pall Mall, London is in need of a Medical Co-ordinator to start ASAPParticulars of the role:Hours:8.30 amto 4.45 pm (full timeMonday to Friday)Job title:Temporary Medical CoordinatorLength of Assignment: OngoingHourly rate:£14This Role will be fully onsiteResponsibilities for the role are as follows: along with some ad-hoc duties.Liaise with hospitals and order in pharmaceuticalsLiaise with patients arrange for them to be admitted into hospitals (Around UK or Kuwait)Ensure orders contain correct informationMaintain accurate records and archiving systemCoordinate medicines to be sent abroad or around the country ensuring they get to the correct destinationReply to and send emailsMake and receive calls in relation to the positionPersonal attributes:Organized and well presentedFriendly and approachableEmpatheticEfficient and preciseThose from a medical background or who have a degree within the medical field will be advantageous(You would be working in an office environment as opposed to a pharmacy.)We are looking for people to start next week, we are also able to arrange interviews as soon as possible so please do submit your CV for consideration
