Job Description

We are currently seeking a Handover Experience Partner to work within our dealership in Macclesfield.This is a full time position with a basic salary of £20,800 Plus Bonus OTE £24,800.Benefits:23 days holiday rising to 25 days after 2 yearsCompetitive pension scheme - Company pays up to 4%Life Assurance - 4 x SalaryStaff car scheme optionsCycle to workPerkbox (Discounts of retail shops)You will be:

Responsible for delivering a great customer handover experience from point of sale to customer collection.
Liaising with customers with progress reports.
Ensuring all correct documentation is available for a seamless handover.
You will be an expert in designing the customer journey.

You will have:

Creative experience of delivering outstanding customer services.
A natural affinity for building relationships with new customers and visitors.
A great knowledge of the Mercedes Benz products to ensure that the customer has a full understanding of their vehicle and its systems.
You will make our customer experience the best that it can possibly be ensuring we have 100% customer satisfaction.
