LSH are currently seeking a Handover Experience Partner to work within the Macclesfield dealershipThis role would suit individuals who have been in customer services, complaint handling or the travel industry.If you are customer focused and want to ensure that customers have the best possible journey, this may be the right role for youHandoverExperience PartnerThe Handover Experience Partner role is to deliver the best Customer Experience through "putting the Customer First. Always". Your role is to ensure that you own the Customer Experience. You will become a brand and product expert keeping up to date with the latest product information and ensuring all retailer staff are also kept up to date on the latest products and that their knowledge is of a high standard. Also keeping up to date on competitors’ product information and using this to provide a critical comparison for potential customers.The Handover Experience Partner is specialised in and responsible for delivering a great handover experience and manages the handover process from the point of sale to when the vehicle is ready for delivery. Continually keeping in contact with the customer updating them on the progress of their order and making sure the customer has all the right information on MB products they have purchased and arrives on collection day with all the correct documentation needed for a seamless handover.You uphold the highest ethical standards, complying with all applicable legal requirements and act with complete integrity at all times.Our Ideal CandidateWe are looking for a creative and driven individual with solid experience of delivering outstanding customer service for premium and luxury brands. Automotive experience is not essential, and we actively encourage applications from other industries such as travel and hospitality. You will be emotionally intelligent and have a natural affinity for quickly building relationships with new customers and visitors. You will be an expert in designing customer journeys and pride yourself on your ability to understand and fulfil our customers’ needs and expectations. You will have an insatiable appetite for improvement; constantly seeking out new ways to make our customer experience the best that it can possibly be.
