Experience managing a team within Food / Fresh Produce.
The ability to plan labour and stock levels in accordance with future demand trends.
An aptitude to spot problems within the packhouse and use your experience to resolve any problems.
The ability to implement and maintain policies for staff training, stock management and health and safety for the facility and its personnel.
