Job title: Delivery ConsultantSalary: £21,000 - £24,000 plus uncapped commission. Location: Sheffield, South Yorkshire. As a business, we are not KPI orientated, but instead, we utilise data and stats to deliver success for you and our customers. We will work on what works well foryou & your market and we help you achieve this.The Role:* As our Delivery Consultant, you will be responsible for developing your network within our recruitment sectors. You will work closely with our internal team to build your brand that identifies you as a true expert.* You will be sourcing candidates and marketing vacancies across a variety of platforms, from job boards to social media and beyond.* We are looking for someone who can write creatively and produce job ads/social media posts that can attract talented people across various sectors.* You will attend various networking events and face to face meetings.* Gain strong commercial awareness about your preferred recruitment market.* Qualify candidates through effective questioning techniques.About you:* Have a professional and personable persona, who is ambitious and driven by success.* Graduate/graduate calibre person, with experience in a commercial role.* A motivated and highly driven individual who can multi-task and manage a portfolio of clients.* Experience in building relationships in all business settings as we are looking for someone with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships, while effectively qualifying potential candidates.* High integrity, loyalty and being self-motivated.* Be enthusiastic and a willingness to learn and develop with the guidance of your managers and our internal team.* Experience in a recruitment/sales role is preferential but not essential if you can demonstrate extremely strong fundamental skillsWhat is in it for you:As a business, we understand the need for flexibility in our day to day lives, and because of this we have built our team on the basis of offering supportive and flexible working options, we are family orientated, lifestyle friendly, and ultimately a fantasticplace to work.
