Job Description

Technical Support SpecialistLocation: East MidlandsStart Date: ASAPSalary: £20,000 - £28,000A Technical Support Specialist is required to join a leading UK organisation with excellent growth plans on a permanent basis. The role offers a competitive salary and the opportunity to work with some of the latest technologies.Key Skills:

  • 2 Years of IT experience - Ideally with a strong customer focus
  • Experience with Office 365 and MaaS 360
  • Knowledge of Windows Server Operating Systems, Active Directory, DNS, O365 Migrations, Server migrations, Firewalls and security.
  • Experience with Azure
  • Experience with VMware desirable
  • Experience with firewall programmes, WatchGuard is desirable
  • Good literacy skills
  • Confident, results-driven and able to function independently or as part of a team
  • Must have a full, clean UK driving license
  • Demonstrating products to senior business representatives
  • Succinct analytical skills to identify customer needs and be able to propose a solution to benefit the customer
    • Role:As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be an integral part of the department and day to day responsibilities will include remote fault logging and resolving, on-site system installs and maintenance, project management and long-term relationship building with both existing and new customers and suppliersTechnical Support Specialist
