Technical Support Consultant (NDEA)LutterworthCompetitive Starting Salary + BenefitsRef: SH1413Penguin Recruitment is currently working with the UKs leading Accreditors of Energy Assessors, as they look to add a Technical Energy Consultant to their award-winning service team. This Technical Support Consultant position will have a key role in deliveringthe highest level of professional and quality support to customers through knowledge, skills and experience of the energy assessment industry, particularly attaining to NDEA.This Technical Support Consultant role will see you provide technical services to an array of energy-related services such as; new build compliance, energy performance certificates for new build properties, energy-saving opportunities and energy-saving recommendations.Our client believes progression and development are paramount and offer comprehensive training opportunities. Once fully trained to Level 3/4/5 Non-Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA), you will be expected to:

  • Proactively offer a high level and consistent front line support to our members through the provision of excellent technical support, including telephone, written, and face to face communications
  • Ensure our clients products and services are understood by stakeholders
  • Assist with auditing for the promotion of best practices for our members
  • Liaising and co-operating with other support teams within the business
To be considered for this Technical Support Consultant position you will have:
  • Experience in a similar role
  • Have experienced with/knowledge of NDEA
  • Experience working as an energy assessor, or knowledge of energy assessments/EPCs
  • Have a positive Can Do attitude, and experience with providing excellent customer services
  • Good attention to detail, and ability to perform calculations - required
