As Repair Operations Manager you will lead a team of people and manage an efficient production process (Repair and refurbishment) ensuring service excellence to the customer and performance and budget targets are achieved. You will also identify opportunitiesfor growth within the Repair Operation, utilising and championing Unipart philosophy, principals and processes.About the Role People managementlead by example and ensure the team is motivated and hitting or exceeding daily performance targets Monitor and manage KPIs for areas, customers and employees Responsible for developing a team environment that encourages two-way feedback and the successful implementation of Continuous Improvement opportunities Delivery of budget for production area Ensure SOPs and risk assessments by area are in place, maintained and updated regularly and that all team members are trained and signed off for each.
