Flexitime, hybrid working 36.25 hours a week - the purpose of this role is to assist in the development and maintenance of registration standards to give assurance of a minimum level of competence and maintenance of registrants to aid public protection inthe field of counselling and psychotherapy.Main duties include:- co-ordination of a range of processes in regard to the initial development of new case study material for the Certificate of Proficiency (CoP assessment), with duties to include participating in the initial review of material to ensure alignment with standardsand providing feedback to the writer on behalf of the Register team.- To undertake a range of processes in regard to the trialling of new case study material with duties to include the collation of reviewer feedback and the reporting on case study performance.- To assess audit submissions against Register standards for continuing professional development (CPD), supervision and insurance.- To provide advice/information on matters relating to audit requirements, entry on to the Register.- To report on statistical information in regard to the Certificate of Proficiency, highlighting any areas of concern to the Assistant Registrar.The ideal applicant will be educated to degree level in counselling/psychology and might have experience of working with professional bodies. Experience of using Word and SPSS. Excellent inter-personal skills with the ability to organise and prioritise workload.Closing date for application is Monday 16th January 2023Interviews will be held week commencing 23/01/23
