Night Shift Manufacturing BlenderLocation: LutterworthAbout our clientOur client is a well-established machine manufacturer.Job role & Duties. Duties and ResponsibilitiesDocumentation and AdministrationBatch documentation to be completed appropriately and within agreed timescales.Ensure all logbooks are completed and up to date.Product ScheduleEnsure that batches are blended in line with the product schedule.Communicates with manufacturing when materials are needed, and batches are ready to fill as per the tasks set out on the blending board.Product QualityEnsures correct ingredients are used for each batch and in the correct quantities in accordance with product specification.Highlight errors/problems in a timely fashion and liaise with appropriate manager.Quality and ManagementEnsure all cleaning is completed to a satisfactory level, and record appropriately.Report any deviations or non-conformities identified to appropriate manager.Ensure all work is carried out as per company SOPs.Equipment and EnvironmentEnsure machinery is adequately maintained.Ensure the machinery is clean at the end of the day.Ensure any defects are reported and repaired as soon as possible.Maintain your working area in a clean and professional condition.Maintain professional standards in both personal appearance and behaviour.Always maintain strict company confidentiality.Report immediately to the Company, any matter that you believe transgresses either Health Safety, or other employment regulations.Report any damage to Company property, howsoever caused, to a member of Management as soon as possible.Follow all other rules and procedures about attendance and absence reporting as detailed in the Companys Absence Policy.Follow all rules and procedures about Health & Safety and the wearing of applicable P.P.E.Follow all relevant rules and procedures regarding the Companys Quality Management System to ensure the Companys compliance to EU GMP (Medicinal Products) and Food Law.Essential Skills / QualificationsAccuracy and DiligenceTeam workerGood organisation.FlexibilityHigh standard of literacy and numeracy, preferably GCSE level of equivalent in English and Maths.If you feel like you are the right fit for this role then please click APPLY today!We look forward to hearing from you!
