Job Description

IT Product Specialist 20k - 24k + CommissionThis is an excellent opportunity for an IT Product Specialist who wants to be more hands-on with customers and become a product expert across a digital portfolio.Must have

  • Must have experience in a high level of IT knowledge in Office 365
  • Training and development internally and externally
  • Demonstrating products to senior business representatives
  • Providing high-quality customer service
  • Undertaking site surveys and visits
  • To support the sales team in their understanding of products and reaching targets
  • Troubleshoot 1st Line IT issues and requests by telephone, email, remote access and on-site visits
  • Creating & understanding reports in excel will be a huge benefit with a basic knowledge of financial data & analysis
  • Must have a full, clean UK driving licence
  • Succinct analytical skills to identify customer needs and be able to propose a solution to benefit the customer

    • The role:As an IT Product Specialist, you will be required to become a product expert across a digital portfolio of products. You will help the sales team breach a technical gap with clients. You will be required to help train the account managers on technical products and assisting in client demonstrations. You will provide 1st line technical support on the product range so experience within IT is a must.
