In year 1, you will focus on establishing critical business relationships, will move the employee engagementand diversity agendas forward and will take advantage of some low hanging fruit opportunities in absence and turnover. Youll be Midlands based and be able to commit to 3 days in the office with a likely split of 2 in Derbyshire, 1 in Reading- this will fluctuate depending on business need. Ideally, youll be CIPD qualified or have another relevant qualification.Suitable home locations could be: Derby, Nottingham, Leicester, Coventry, Northampton, Milton Keynes, Oxford
