  • Experience within either a retail or supply base fashion design environment and will have a strong track record of researching and producing innovative designs in line with customer
  • Experience in working with UK and overseas suppliers/ factories to develop multi category product
  • A broad knowledge of CAD software (including Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator) as well as a strong critical path understanding will be key
  • An innovative approach and desire to drive a more digital way of working
  • The ability to combine a number of research avenues – Social Media, Blogs & trend sites/books, etc to deliver innovative and commercial designs
