We have more than 4,000 dedicated colleagues, at 14 locations across the country, all sharing the same obsession for our great food.Job description:Customer Service Lead CoordinatorBased in Lutterworth7/8 month FTCPurpose:To lead and manage the customer services team in the day to day processing of customer accounts. Lead effective, pro-active communication internally & externally, seek way’s to continuously improve, and develop. A development role working towards further career progressionWhat you will be doing:

  • Ensure day to day task completion within teams
  • Ensure team effectively analyse orders, including identifying demand fluctuation.
  • Regular liaison with stock team on availability
  • Ensure pro-active notification to customers on order shorts and any other order queries and concerns.
  • Develop effective, collaborative, relationships with customer to agree on their data and support requirements.
  • Ensure active daily management of “promotions” and daily order trackers.
  • Daily management of forecast and pro-active involvement with the Collaborative Supply Manager (CSM) & Demand Planning Executive (DPE) on same.
  • Agree with customer remedial action required for both availability issues and or IWO risk.
  • Investigate ‘root cause’ reasons for shorts and report that to the customer in detail
  • Escalate problems to Managers as appropriate.
  • Build effective relationships with commercial teams, DPE & CSM
  • Produce reports/stats as necessary.
  • Attend where required daily/weekly business conf calls and adhoc customer meetings which will be off site
  • Maintain T&A data
  • Develop, and engage direct reports to achieve maximum potential
  • Facilitate RTW / 1st level absence management conversations
  • Hold 1:1’s and PDR’s with team
  • Produce and distribute working rota
    • What we need from you:
  • Previous experience in a customer focus / service role
  • Working knowledge of email & excel
  • Proven experience of working in a fast paced environment
  • Previous experience in a logistics / supply chain administration role ideally FMCG
  • Working knowledge of production & logistics processes
  • Working knowledge of SAP
  • Experience of leading/managing teams
