Responsibilities on Your Plate:
  • Proactively manage cash collection through various channels, from initial contact to potential litigation.
  • Skillfully handle disputes that come your way.
  • Ensure compliance with the companys risk insurance policy.
  • Conduct ongoing credit and risk assessments to minimise the chance of bad debt.
  • Keep a tight rein on customer account balances against credit limits.
  • Produce weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc management reports.
  • Implement action plans to facilitate the collection of overdue and overexposed balances.
  • Collaborate with debt recovery specialists when internal efforts fall short.
What Were Looking For:
  • Previous experience in Credit Control or a similar environment.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Comfortable with computer systems.
  • Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy.
  • Ability to juggle priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Flourishes in high-pressure situations.
