CAD / CAM Programmer / Machinist / Die and Tool Maker / Toolroom Fitter who is keen to further their career within our busy engineering and leading precision toolmaking manufacturing company, Dudley Associates, based in Lutterworth, Leicestershire, East Midlands.ALL LEVELS OF EXPERIENCE CONSIDEREDHaving a previous injection moulding background would be great. Although, not essential as we will provide training and support.SALARY: CompetitiveLOCATION: Lutterworth, Leicestershire, East MidlandsJOB TYPE: Full-Time, PermanentWORKING HOURS: Monday to Friday 8:30am - 17:00JOB OVERVIEWWe have a fantastic new job opportunity for a CAD / CAM Programmer / Machinist / Die and Tool Maker / Toolroom Fitter would like to join our team at Dudley Associates.Working as a CAD / CAM Programmer / Machinist / Die and Tool Maker / Toolroom Fitter you will contribute to the success of our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in CNC programming, tool and die making, and a strong understandingof machining processes.Your duties as a CAD / CAM Programmer / Machinist / Die and Tool Maker / Toolroom Fitter will include:

  • Offline programming for the CNC machines, Visi CAD / CAM experience would be welcome but not essential as training can be provided,
  • Assemble, maintain, and repair precision tools, dies, jigs, fixtures, and other equipment used in the manufacturing process
  • Operate a variety of hand and power tools, machinery, and equipment
  • Conduct quality checks to ensure tools meet specifications and make necessary adjustments as required
  • Assist in the implementation of preventative maintenance programs for tools and equipment
  • Comply with safety regulations and maintain a clean and organised work environment
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of projects
  • Continuously learn and acquire new skills and knowledge related to toolmaking
