THE OPPORTUNITY:Macildowie are currently looking for an Administrator working for a global logistics business based in Lutterworth.This is a temporary full time position which is fully office based, with the view to go permanent.THE ROLE & YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:Processing customer ordersCommunicate with the warehouse to ensure orders are dispatched in full where possibleScheduling shipments with 3rd party transport company.Liaising heavily with the warehouse.Providing accurate delivery dates to customers on products, after checking with the warehouseResolve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing a solution and resolve with the customer.General Ad-hoc administration.EXPERIENCE SOUGHT IN THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE: In order to be considered you must have strong administration skills and proficient with Microsoft excel.
