Job Description

Registered ManagerHome Care£35,000 - £40,000Lowestoft, SuffolkThe Company:TRC have teamed up with a national care provider who has an excellent reputation for providing care in peoples own homes and within a residential facility. They have been ranked in the top 20 large groups by carehome.co.uk.My client is looking to offer up to £35k in the first instance and increase to £40,000 once a target of 500 hours has been hit. On top of this, they are offering a £3k annual increase depending on performance.The Role:

  • My client is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to develop, lead and grow the new business
  • You will work as part of an efficient team which you will play a part in assembling
  • Contribute to the smooth running of the business
  • Represent the company in a professional and positive manner, as well as be responsible for the day to day running of the Branch
  • Build the customer base
  • Create an environment which attracts and retains high quality staff that contribute to effective team working
  • Maintain a minimum of a good CQC compliance rating in line with CQC standards
  • Liaise with Healthcare professionals to understand best practice within the industry
  • Liaise with senior management and deliver KPIs as required
