There will be a focus on compliance and Quality and there would be a need to have an understandingand modern approach towards quality from a corporate environment. Everything needs to be compliant, accurate, traceable, auditable and actively encouraged for all staff members to follow through as the business begins to take these next steps of growth. Additionallyyour role wil be to increase their ISO scope (ISO9001, ISO14001 and ISO45001), in line with business and processes in order to promote a culture of continuous improvement. Equally from a Health & Safety perspective, although not limited to, will involve; conductingthorough inspections and audits, and spearheading incident investigations, identifying root causes and enhancing communication throughout on all things QHSE.This role demands a proactive approach to quality assurance, a commitment to safety, and an ability for fostering a culture of excellence and compliance with standards.What’s in it for you
