Product Account ManagerWiltshireWe are currently seeking a Product Account Manager on behalf of our client, a leading Technology company, this will be base within their team working from one of their offices in Wiltshire.You will be tasked with the management of accounts within their product portfolio, providing advice & solution for their engineering teams, clients and customers.Key activities & responsibilities for Technical account manager

• Product training both remote and at customer site.
• Offer hands-on technical support & assistance to resolve issues.
• Leading on documentation and implementation of product manuals.
• Attend and represent in technical meetings.
• Trouble-shooting and providing technical support
• Implementation of internal systems.
• Provide information on new product availability, planned developments.
• Represent the company on technical issues.
• Provide input to the Sales & Project teams.

Certification required for Technical account manager

• Previous experience with Linux
• Previous Saas Experience
• Previous experience of Electronic Payment Systems
• Networked Product experience
• Experience working with Electronic products
• Technical Software experience
• Experience with ITIL
• Formal Qualifications within IT
