We are looking for a First Aid Lead and Pastoral Support Worker to provide an empathetic and supportive service to our pupils. This role will also provide support to teachers in a variety of activities with the sole aim to enhance and help improve theexperience of school for our students.Key skills needed for this role:• Experience of working with young people in a school environment.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.• Good organisational skills.• Reliable, tactful, diplomatic and able to deal with confidential and sensitive issues.• Able to work independently and within a team.• Flexible approach to working and commitment to ongoing service ad personal development.The successful applicant will enjoy working with 11-18-year-olds. You must be adaptable and willing to be involved in all aspects of school life, have a calm manner and be able to work as part of team.
