About the role: Working as part of a business support team, you will be supporting and delivering e-commerce processes and projects for a mixture of internal and external customers. You will be dealing with a range of e-commerce, ERP and BI applications, mainly customer appointed3rd party integrations. Duties will include: Working as part of a team to deliver excellent service to customers using online trading platforms Liaising with other departments Assisting in projects to implement customer e-commerce online trading platforms Project work including defining requirements, design, testing, implementation and business acceptance to time scales and budgets Supporting the investigation, analysis and timely resolution of escalated queries from e-commerce platforms Supporting the e-commerce and EDI projects and change activities through building of scope, data analysis and preparation, validation and mobilisations Providing data and analysis to support e-service delivery Supporting the e-commerce support teams in build, analysis, training, maintenance and delivery of new Service Delivery applications Supporting the building of EDI on-boarding models for both 3rd parties and customers Supporting and administrating e-commerce questionnaires, pipeline and all associated tools Working in partnership with various departments regarding e-commerce KPIs Supporting development of CRM solutions once software has been confirmed Providing resolutions to all escalated EDI queries Working in collaboration with Digital Support teams, achieve EDI on-boarding KPIs Achieving deadlines for data set ups Suggesting and adapting processes and to meet business needs to add value and / or reduce costs Analysing and collating data and planning for the future Essential Skills & Experience The ideal candidate will have previous experience in an IT based role or possibly have an IT based degree or ISEB or BCS qualification. You may have experience in a Systems Analyst, Business Analyst or Developer role although this is not essential. You willhave strong skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint. A working knowledge of Visio, Reflex and BI would be useful. A full current driving licence is essential.
