Everyone is treated as an individual, talent is recognised and rewarded and, as a Tier 1 and Tier 2 business, our team members enjoy a breadth of experience that keeps every daykeeps jobs interesting.Job Role:Responsible for managing plant, equipment and material resource in the operational yards on the Anglian Water, Integrated Maintenance and Repair Contract and managing resources effectively in accordance with pre-determined Health, Safety and Environmentregulations.What will you be doingWorking closely with a diverse team within a true alliance, including both Tier-1 and Tier-2 alliance partners, youll truly be a central point of administrative support and the glue of the team ensuring projects have the appropriate and timely support required.Key Responsibilities & Duties:Yard Management:

• Carry out day to day management of all Operational yards - Spilsby (main depot) - Flag Fen, Peterborough - West Marsh - Spalding - Brigg
• Maintain stocks
• Ensure a safe, clean, and tidy operational area is maintained
• Issue materials, plant, and equipment

Health, Safety & Environmental:

• Utilise skills and knowledge to recognise and assess potential health, safety and environmental risks
• Adhere to individual site health & safety rules
• Help to ensure all working environments are safe and secure
• Uphold Danaher and Walshs commitment to Health & Safety

Administration:

• Ensure compliance with all company and Anglian Water controlled documents, including Policies, Processes and Procedures
• Pro-actively assist in developing new systems to meet the changing needs of the contract
• Complete and return plant logs to the office on a weekly basis
• Complete all necessary administration in a timely manner

Staff Management:

• Ensure staff motivation and loyalty is maintained
• Monitor and encourage improvements towards standards of work via guidance
• Ensure site operatives are aware of their H & S responsibilities and are always wearing the correct PPE

General:

• Liaise with work colleagues as required
• Participate in internal / external meetings as requested
• Identify and meet personal job-related training and development as required
• Help in terms of general and specific business support as required
• Carry out all other duties as may be required that fall within the capabilities of the role
• Ensure compliance with GDPR (General Data Protection Regulations) principles, ensuring all sensitive data is stored securely and used appropriately
