About the Role:As an FP&A Analyst, you will drive strategic decision-making through meticulous financial analysis and reporting. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining robust financial models, conducting variance analysis, and collaborating with cross-functionalteams to provide valuable insights into our financial performance.Key Tasks and Responsibilities:Develop and maintain financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning.Analyse financial performance, identify key drivers, trends, and improvement areas.Collaborate with departments to gather and validate financial data for accurate reporting.Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, highlighting variances and providing insights.Assist in developing annual budgets and periodic forecasts aligned with strategic goals.Evaluate financial risks and opportunities, recommending actions to enhance performance.Conduct in-depth analysis of net interest margin and balance sheet, proposing performance enhancements.Support management with ad-hoc financial analysis and decision-making support.Participate in projects to improve financial processes and systems.Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and market conditions affecting financial performance.Skills and Experience:Proven experience as an FP&A Analyst/Financial AnalystStrong proficiency in financial modelling and analysis, with advanced Excel skills; experience with Power BI or similar tools preferredExcellent communication and presentation skillsDetail-oriented with high accuracy and ability to meet deadlinesAnalytical mindset with proactive problem-solving abilitiesChange-driver with a focus on process automation and improvementAbility to work collaboratively and engage stakeholders at all levelsPlease put your home postcode on your CV when applying.
