Are you an experienced Transport Manager looking for a new challenge in the north west Leicestershire area Our client is seeking a skilled individual to manage their fleet of Blowers and tippers haulage vehicles.As a Transport Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the transport department, ensuring the efficient and safe movement of goods. You will need to have a strong understanding of Blowers tippers haulage and experience inmanaging a fleet of vehicles.To be successful in this role:CPC qualification required for this role.A proven track record in transport management minimum of 3 yearsManaging a fleet with the Agricultural Industry is preferredPossess excellent organisational and leadership skills.You will need to be able to effectively manage a team of 35 drivers and ensure that all legal and safety requirements are met.In addition to your experience in transport management, you will need to have strong communication and problem-solving skills. The ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions is essential in this role.
