You are a skilled and passionate instructor with a deep understanding of automotive technology, exceptional communication skills and a commitment to fostering an inclusivelearning environment.   • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programmes covering a wide range of automotive technical subjects and utilising various training methods to engage learners, ensuring that the content is accessible and adaptable to all learning styles and backgrounds.
  • Create a supportive and inclusive atmosphere within the classroom or workshop environment, encouraging participation and collaboration among all delegates.
  • Stay updated with the latest automotive technologies, industry trends, and best practices to continuously enhance the training curriculum and maintain relevance.
  • Provide constructive feedback, guidance, and mentorship to delegates, assisting them in developing their technical skills and problem-solving abilities.
  • Collaborate with the wider People Development team to assess the effectiveness of training programmes and implement improvements based on feedback and performance evaluations.
