We are currently seeking a highly dedicated and experienced SHEQ Coordinator to become an integral part of theirdynamic team.As a SHEQ Coordinator, you will hold a pivotal role in the organisation, taking charge of the development, management, and coordination of systems to ensure that the highest quality standards are met.Key Responsibilities of the SHEQ Coordinator:System Maintenance and Improvement: Spearhead the enhancement of systems, including Quality, Health & Safety, and Environmental components.ISO Compliance: Oversee ISO processes, ensuring unwavering compliance with ISO 9000 and ISO 14001 standards.Customer-Centric Approach: Swiftly respond to customer requests for management system data, showcasing our commitment to transparency and service.Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with our board of directors to implement continuous improvement methods, driving operational excellence and ensuring the overall success of our business.Qualifications and Qualities We Seek:Relevant Experience: Previous experience in a fast-paced precision manufacturing environment, ideally in a quality, health and safety, or environmental capacity.Quality Standards: Essential knowledge of quality standards, including ISO 9001, and ISO 14001.Safety Certification: Possession of a NEBOSH general safety certificate, IOSH, or equivalent, demonstrating a strong commitment to safety.Team Player: A positive attitude and the ability to build rapport and influence a team, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.Why Join:If you are a detail-oriented and analytical individual who thrives under pressure, seize the opportunity to apply today.
