Service Administrator Location: Loughborough, LE11Salary: £25,000 per AnnumHours: Full time, Monday to Friday, 9-5pm (1 hour lunch break)Fixed Term ContractVacancy for 12 months with the possibility to go permanentFlowers Associates are currently recruiting on behalf of an environmental simulation company for a Service Administrator. This role would consist of account managing an area of the UK, with the responsibility of organising the engineers diary/appointments.If you have excellent administration, customer service and project management skills with the experience of working within facilities management sectors then please apply, as this could be the role for you!The Role:Account managing an area of the UK: who will be the customers contact for all service matters from basic service and calibration, commissioning, repair work, to large scale retro fits and everything in between.The successful Service Administrator will be responsible for the following duties: Working closely with the engineers based across the country Arrange engineers diary Schedule maintenance services Raising quotes Sourcing parts Raising purchase orders Invoicing Liaising with the Sales team regarding new chamber deliveries / commissioning Liaising with the projects team as and when required Working with the finance department to help resolve invoice issues Working closely with the warehouse regarding parts and stockThe ideal Candidate will:Be an experienced administrator within the sectors of Transportation, Logistics, Supply Chain, Purchasing or Facilities management as this role is processed driven and needs someone who is able to manage their own workload and that of the engineers effectivelyin a timely manner. The Ideal candidate will display excellent verbal and written communication skills, be highly organised and have good IT skills.
