Aspire People are working with mainstream schools with SEN units, and SEN schools in Loughborough recruiting for SEN Teaching Assistants/Behaviour specialist.The mainstream schools offer various roles working in SEN units, or in the main school supporting 121 SEN needs depending on the childs requirements and ability. Some schools have split the SEN unit into year groups ie EYFS up to KS2 therefore working withsmall groups.The successful SEN Teaching Assistants/Behaviour specialist will need to have a qualification and have experience.
