We are searching for someone with experience of compliance within the financial industryYou will have strong organisational, data gathering and analytical experience. This role will support the Divisional Compliance function drive the implementation of compliance governance, risk assessment and controls across the Access PaySuite Payments Division,ensuring that we meet our regulatory obligations. The role will ensure that a robust compliance framework is maintained and continuously improved. Day-to-day, you will:• Working with the Senior Compliance Officers to identify , measure and manage compliance risk to ensure that the payment division behaves ethically and consistently in full compliance with the relevant laws and regulatory requirements and that the paymentdivision policies • Responsible for the Horizon scanning tracker to monitor, review and analyse regulations and regulatory change as well as industry best practice • Support the internal regulatory audit programme across the division • Support the preparation and data gathering for External audits including AML and safeguarding • Ensure that the regulatory policy register is update to date • Provide support in the preparation of compliance reports to Senior Management and the Board monthly/quarterly and as requested. • Provide support to complete monthly compliance monitoring plan • Collate the information and engage with Stakeholders to update and maintain the Divisional enterprise risk register • Support the implementation of the regulatory training programme • Prepare the data and information to facilitate submission and returns to the FCA and other regulatory • Ensure the Customer Duty Programme is embedded and monitored across the Division• Working cross-functionally across multiple teams to ensure execution against regulatory requirements and internal policies• Support the Customer Complaints, preparing and collating the required evidence to complete investigations • Respond to Compliance requests from Divisional Functions - working with Senior members of the Compliance team• Support the Head of Compliance on various projects as required Skills and Experience to include : • Qualified to degree level in an appropriate field - compliance qualification desirable• Worked in compliance function within the financial industry • Understanding of regulatory framework and compliance requirements associated with financial services • Excellent fact -finding , problem solving , data gathering and analytical skills • Good communicator and is comfortable working within a changing environment.
