But, we promise to listenHow you will utilise your expertiseAs a Project Engineer you will support the development of a clear and agreed prioritized capex list over a 5-year horizon in conjunction with the business leads. Ensure project timeframes and budgets are achieved whilst delivering the set out ROI. And that projects are completed to full EEM, and ensuring a post-performance review is carried out, ensuring snagging lists are closed out. Project types will include upgrades and refurbishments to gypsum plants, implementation of energy and environmental projects, obsolescence, new technologies, and infrastructure capital improvements. Projects will vary from multiple contracts to oversight of turnkey installations.Typical tasks you can expect to do include;

Giving consideration to sites Risk reduction matrix in all activities undertaken

Continually drives safe behaviour by performing SMATs, TASK audits and risk assessment when on site

Prepare Capex authorization requests

To be a key Contributor in assuring the companys immediate and long-term capital program objectives are achieved

Develop and maintain sound business relationships with Engineerings Customers, Vendors, Suppliers and contract resources and ensures alignment with our needs and expectations

Utilize World Class Manufacturing and Early Equipment Management tools on new designs and installations

Experience within a related industrial, engineering or contracting background

A positive Safety culture demonstrated through project management approach

A recognized Project Management Expert, experienced in directing engineering, consulting and construction resources within heavy industrial manufacturing environments on major capital project teams

A good record of project assignments completed on/under budget, on/ahead of required dates

Demonstrated drive and self-motivation

Superior communication, organisation and presentation skills
