Thats why over 1 million users and over 10,000 organisations rely on Access software to help their organisation thrive.About you:• Do you have a can-do positive attitude to deliver and are comfortable working in a high tempo environment• Are you a team player who can support others and be able to take on support when offered Do you thrive on challenge and want to make a difference• Can you deliver complex programmes, design governance structures that mitigate risks Support businesses in achieving their goals while also managing time, cost, quality delivery of their Access solution• Are you either an experienced and very successful Senior Project Manager ready for the next step up or are already a Programme Manager with a proven pedigree• Do you want to join an expanding dynamic team, that punches well above its weightAbout the role:• You will become a key member of the Strategic team, reporting to the Strategic Projects Director, ensuring that our programmes are effectively structured, planned and managed through strong governance and communications and help our Customers achieve the expected benefits of an interfaced solution.• This is a billable role, working closely with complex, often large, organisations who buy combinations of products from across the Access suite.• Although based in the Strategic team, you will work with all areas of Access to ensure a consistent message about the good programme governance is positioned. You will ensure we are following the Access Workspace first directive.• Working hand-in-glove with your architect, you will be responsible for planning and delivering all of the elements of an interfaced solution.• You will be responsible for the planning, co-ordination, status reporting, communication, escalation management.• You will be identifying and closing revenue increasing opportunities across the team and the wider company both in terms of services delivery and licence increase• You will be part of a team that develops and evolves the ongoing Programme Delivery methodologies and strategies, to ensure they are consistent with Access methodologies and strategies while actively reducing risks, effort and increasing opportunity and efficiency• The role will be primarily remote based, as you will be expected to meet with customers in their environment at key points throughout the projectDay-to-day, you will:• Design and deliver complex Access solution programmes• Be predominantly customer facing, working with large, often complex organisations• Help our strategic customers to achieve their programme goals while also focusing on the time, cost and quality elements of project delivery• Maintain and communicate statuses of your programmes including RAG, budget, key activities, risks, assumptions, issues and dependencies to customers and key internal stakeholders• Where necessary ensure appropriate escalation mechanisms are in place should a customer need senior support in the closure of risks and issues• Identify opportunities to increase revenue through increased levels of service, increased licence or premier success plans/points• Form and maintain relationships across Access, from sales through to product and development• Work closely with the wider team to ensure the delivery mechanisms and methodologies are reflective of current technologies• Work closely with sales and success/support teams to ensure effective handovers at the correct point in the project• Have opportunities to develop your career and will be expected to help others progress theirsAs a well-rounded Programme Manager your Skills and Experiences likely include:• Having worked in Programme/Project Management for at least 3 years• Experience in multiple product/stream engagements• A natural ability for communicating and building relationships at all organisational levels• Having achieved PRINCE2 or other appropriate project management qualification• Excellent organisational and mathematical skills• Excellent understanding of the development of strong programme goals and objectives• High-level of real world experience to understand the proposed solutions.What does Access offer youWe are a growing software company and we deliver on what we say we do!
