About you:You are a dynamic, skilled Programme Manager with a passion for technology and a keen sense of pride in the work you do. You are focused on delivering better business outcomes for the betterment of our Customers, our People and Access, working to given times lines and tight deadlines. You will work closely with all functions across the Division, working with stakeholders at all levels.Day-to-day, you will:·Maintain the Programme Plan tracking progress and ensuring good communications with all external and internal stakeholders.·Undertake management of projects, ensuring delivery milestones are met within the agreed project time/budget/quality constraints ·Implement and adhere to project processes·Identify and ensure Programme and project risks and issues are identified and documented·Support functional leaders in devising effective and dynamic communication to across Divisions·Utilise excellent communication skills with other team members ·Build and maintain relationships with Key Stakeholders·Collaborate with Customer Success central functions including Services Products, CSM, Professional Services, Support to drive forward process efficiencies and unlocking wider team capacity·Proactively add value·Duties may vary from time to time without changing the nature of the post or the level of responsibility. The post holder may also be required to carry out any other duties as required by their line managerYour skills and experiences might also include: ·Previous Programme/Project Management delivery experience in a software environment •Adaptable and flexible, and able to thrive in an agile and dynamic environment with strong project management skills•Strong focus on delivery - Driven and able to adopt practical and pragmatic approach when required•Good communication with internal and external stakeholders•Great relationship building skills•Good project planning and forecasting skills•Strong budget management and forecasting skills•Excellent written and verbal communication skillsWhat does Access offer youWe are a growing software company, and we deliver on what we say we do!
