Job Description

Job Title: Production Engineer (Mechanical)Location: East LeakeSalary: Between £45,000-£50,000 per annumJob Type: Permanent, Monday-Friday The RoleMy client is a globally renowned energy services company. As a Production Engineer, youll play a crucial role in investigating and resolving manufacturing issues while enhancing manufacturing processes. Your focus will always be on ensuring the qualityand reliability of the product.Duties and responsibilities:

  • Prototype manufacture, component procurement, assembly, and test.
  • Provide design feedback to improve product design.
  • Support production with effective design documentation.
  • Design and organize jigs and fixtures.
  • Implement process improvements.
  • Provide technical support in problem resolution.
The Candidate
  • Understanding of engineering materials and manufacturing processes.
  • Proficiency in CAD for precision assemblies.
  • Problem-solving skills with a systematic approach.
  • Workshop practices experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and high integrity.
  • Willingness to learn and collaborate in a team
