About you:You will be an experienced engineer with knowledge of applications interconnections, queuing and communications protocols. You should have experience of developing interfaces and system implementation of Mirth Integration Engines in a Healthcare environment.You will be a self starter, able to work independantly or as part of a team with evidence of successful delivery of projects. You will be an articulate and positive person with excellent communication skills both in writing and verballyYou should be familiar with information governance and data protection issues as well as confidentiality, consent and safeguarding issues.Day-to-day, you will:• Establishing manage and upgrade our Mirth Connect Integration Engine. • Designing and developing interfaces between our products and external systems.• Acting as the lead for all integration activities taking place (may supervise others at some point).• Supporting the design and specification of interfaces to meet the needs of sales/implementation projects.• Defining a standard interface catalogue to support the provision of an API • Other tasks such a may be requiredYour skills and experiences might also include: • Demonstrable experience and technical capability in software engineering including design, programming and implementation • Experience of developing software developed using a number of the following technologies:-oAJAXoASP.NET (C#)oHL7 Messaging (2 & 3)oC#oRESToITKoSOAPoSQL ServeroJavaoJavaScriptoXML/XLST• Proven and demonstrable experience of the following:-oDelivering integration projects using Mirth.oA structured and process based development environment. oInvolvement and input into integration strategy.• Familiarity with Octopus deployment softwareWhat does Access offer youWe are a growing software company, and we deliver on what we say we do!
