Job Description

Maintenance Joiner /CarpenterLoughborough£17.50 per hour Umbrella + expenses37 hours per week - Monday to Friday Paid WeeklyWe are seeking a skilled Maintenance Joiner /Carpenter to carry out work in void (empty) properties. The ideal candidate must possess their own vehicle and tools (expenses will be paid).The primary objective of this role is to support the Repairs Team Leaders in achieving the vision and our business objectives. This includes driving and developing the service to attain and maintain top quartile performance in all categories, delivering high-qualitycustomer standards, and contributing to achieving and retaining the customer service excellence standard.Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out a wide range of joinery work associated with the business activities based in Loughborough.
  • Undertake all work to a competent recognized standard, ensuring minimal risk to the health and safety of all those it may affect.
  • Deliver an effective and appropriate service to all service users, fairly and without discrimination.
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in joinery and carpentry skills.
  • Own vehicle and tools are essential.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication skills and customer service orientation.
  • Commitment to maintaining high standards of workmanship and safety.
  • Willingness to contribute to the continuous improvement of services.
