Job Description

Do you have IT support experience, and are you seeking a new job in Loughborough Deerfoot IT Recruitment is looking for a full-time IT Support Engineer, and the role comes with a salary of £27,500 and excellent benefits.The role of IT Support Engineer is essential in ensuring a professional reputation is upheld within the IT department, through excellent customer service and expert technical support.In your first few weeks in this IT Support role, you can expect to:

  • Assist in the continuing review and development of systems and processes for improving the quality and efficiency of support provided by the IT department and its systems
  • Maintain the AV equipment
  • Provide advice and practical training support for all users of equipment and new versions of hardware and software
  • Work alongside other teams (internal and external) to seek technical resolutions.
To apply for this IT Support role, you will need previous experience in a similar IT Support role, including experience in Windows, macOS, iOS, Android operating systems in a business environment. You will also require the following:
  • Active Directory and Microsoft 365 Admin
  • Administration of MDM platform
  • IAM, Single Sign On and MFA Technologies
  • ITSM Tools and Document Management Systems
  • Qualification in ITIL Foundation V4.
