Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for you to work for a company that are extremely well known for the quality of the products they provide and the progression opportunities they offer their employees. They are a development and manufacturing organization thatspecialises in drug delivery for the pharmaceutical industry. Now looking for a HR Administrator on an initial 12 month contract with the view to go permanent.Responsibilities:

  • Assist in drafting and progression of standard correspondence, contracts, and other documentation
  • Legal file and diary management
  • Improve and maintain internal communication site
  • Provide end-to-end employee lifecycle support to supervisors and employees, including but not limited to job changes, sickness absence and leavers
  • Manage the new starter on-boarding process and conduct employee inductions
  • Manage family leave administration processes (e.g., maternity, paternity, and shared parental leave)
  • Assist with recruitment processes Respond to general queries from employees, direct to applicable policies and procedures, and escalating where appropriate
  • Administer and track probationary periods
  • Maintain and update employee records, both manual and computerised (Ceridian Dayforce) to ensure employee data is accurate and up to date
  • Be UK superuser for Ceridian Dayforce
  • Maintain our new starter, leaver, and headcount reports
  • Assist with payroll preparation by providing information to, and liaising closely with, our Payroll team
About You:
  • A self-starter attitude, with a proactive, collaborative, and approachable manner
  • Outstanding organisational skills, we operate in a dynamic environment so the ability to juggle priorities is a must
  • Ceridian Dayforce experience - Desired
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interface with internal customers, management and outside vendors
  • A team player who can also work independently
  • Possess professionalism, trust and confidentiality
  • Strong MS Office and Outlook skills with the ability to quickly learn and use new systems and applications.
