The Head of Marketing will lead the identification and execution of key product and marketing initiatives that will grow their division within the Access business. This position will own the success of the divisional products, working closely with sales, productmanagement, and the rest of the marketing team to drive growth through marketing activities. This will require utilising customer feedback, market data (competitive research and analysis), and industry trends to anticipate market, business and technology changes,to define, drive and execute integrated marketing plans. This senior role will actively develop and execute product and marketing strategies, to ultimately create demand, awareness and sales opportunities. Day-to-day, you will be responsible for: Leadership: Provide commercial marketing vision for the business. Work closely with Product Marketing and Digital Marketing and the wider squad of specialists to own the lead an agile Marketing squad Value Creation: Understand key market dynamics, specifically looking to the commercial opportunities for growth across new business. Marketing to Sales performance: Create metrics-driven target setting and reporting across the funnel from awareness through form fills, marketing qualified leads, sales qualified leads, order intake and revenue creation. Regular weekly reporting at a seniormanagement and monthly at board level. Lead Nurturing: Drive the ongoing sophistication of the lead nurturing function, which combines marketing activities with business development representatives to nurture leads generated to optimise the yield of qualified sales opportunities. Influencer Relations: Build influencer relationships to maximise Access share-of- voice Innovation: Continuously seek to innovate in the field of marketing and product. Create an environment where new ideas and initiatives are generated and implemented. As a well-rounded Divisional Head of Marketing, your Skills and Experiences likely include: • Proven experience in high lead generation businesses • A strong track record in all marketing channels - direct and digital marketing working closely with sales teams in executing programs that accelerate growth in sales, new customer acquisition and market leadership • Solid understanding and experience of online lead generation, web site optimisation, • PPC, SEO social media marketing, and lead generation theory and practice • Experienced in lead planning and forecasting with a focus on metrics-driven management and a clear track record of maximising ROI of marketing investments • Clear track record and understanding of solution-based marketing communications and product marketing. • Demonstrated leader with an ability to motivate and engage, direct reports, senior stakeholders and wider business teams.
