As the Global SDR Enablement Lead, youll be instrumental in shaping and implementing the strategy to enable our Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) worldwide. Leveraging your expertise in SDR roles, marketing, sales, sales enablement, and program management,youll drive initiatives to empower our SDR teams for success.Key Responsibilities:• Develop Global SDR Enablement Strategy: Design and execute a comprehensive global strategy for SDR enablement, ensuring alignment with company goals and sales strategies.• Content Development and Training: Create and curate training materials, content, and resources tailored to enhance SDR skills, product knowledge, and sales techniques.• Sales-Marketing Alignment: Foster collaboration between sales and marketing teams to ensure SDRs are equipped with effective messaging and tools to drive lead generation and conversion.• Program Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and measurement of SDR enablement programs, ensuring their effectiveness and continuous improvement.• Metrics and Performance Analysis: Define and track key metrics to evaluate SDR performance and the success of enablement initiatives, driving data-driven improvements.• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, product, and other cross-functional teams to ensure SDR enablement programs are integrated and effective.Ready to shape the success of our SDR teams globally Apply now to become our Global SDR Enablement Lead and be a part of our exciting journey!Whats holding you back Come and be part of our Amazing Access Family!
