Finance AdministratorTemporaryLoughborough – LE11Salary – 23.7kHours – Full time flexible working hoursAdministration / Data Entry / Business Support / Finance / Loughborough / LE11Our client is looking for high calibre, forward-thinking, energetic people with a "can-do" attitude who are receptive to change and who wholeheartedly embrace the opportunity to take responsibility for themselves and the companys ongoing success.Purpose of the Finance AdministratorThe purpose of the Finance Administrator position is to provide a highly professional and efficient business support service taking responsibility for day-to-day business support of all areas of activity.Main duties and responsibilities of the Finance Administrator. Using the Finance System, to be responsible for all day-to-day business administration as the Designated Department Person, including all financial activities relating to Projects, Engineering, Maintenance, Sustainability, Residential, Catering, Property,Domestic Services, Grounds and Gardens within the department of Estates and Facilities Management such as:• Purchasing goods and services• Goods Receipting• BACS transfer requests• Raising Sales Invoice Requests via BIF uploads. To be responsible for purchasing via Purchase Order, E-procurement and Purchase Card and ensure all supporting documentation is checked, and financial records uploaded onto Agresso or PW as evidence for compliancy and audit purposes. To be the first point of contact for all queries associated with financial transactions. Providing general administrative support including committee serving. To respond to enquiries received in person, by telephone or email and take appropriate action. This will include dealing primarily with Professional Service colleagues, suppliers, and other external organisationsExperience/knowledge requirements for the Finance Administrator. Experience in a financial administration role. Previous relevant experience of working in a busy office environment. Experience of establishing and maintaining accurate electronic records. Able to work under pressure and keep to deadlines. Excellent interpersonal, organisational, oral and written communication skills.. Able to work with accuracy and attention to detail
