Experienced SMT OperatorLoughborough0700 - 1530 Mon - Thursday & 7am - 1230pm on Friday£12.82 + OTFull Time - Temp 2 PermURGENT!We are looking for a superstar electronics assembly operative / SMT Operative who has extremely strong wiring, crimping, and soldering skills to start a full-time role at a busy electronics engineering company in Loughborough.This is a key role where you assembly cables and PCBS, perform reworking, following schematics, testing and some rework along withSome of the crimps are round 20 - 26 gauge, there will be "through hole soldering" and you will be expected to work towards extremely high-quality standards.There may be times where you need to operate the SMT machinery.This is a nice place to work, the team are very friendly, the managers are supportive and its both safe and secure work.This is not a trainee role, and we really are looking for someone who is top of their game, have at least 3 years soldering experience (ideally ICP or J standard) and a person who has worked on PCBS.This role offers you:
