Henderson BrownElectronics Design Engineer - Up to £45,000 (Dependant Upon Experience) - LoughboroughMonday - Thursday, (8am - 4:30pm) Friday, 8am - 1:30pm - Permanent - Hybrid Working AvailableHenderson Brown is recruiting an Electronics Design Engineer on behalf of an electronics manufacturer based in Loughborough.The key objective is to hold an Electronics Design background including the design and development of electronic circuits and PCB boards.Main Responsibilities*Operating Altium Designer software to design electronics products.*Liaising with customers and suppliers about design specifications.*Working closely with the design team to design and develop electronic circuits and PCB boards.*Specification of test and manufacturing procedures for the new products.*Reading and assembling technical drawings of PCBAs and mechanical sub-assemblies.*Ensuring that designs are produced to customer specifications.*Involved in prototype construction and testing.The Candidate*Hold a strong electronics design background which includes experience in commercial electronics design and development.*Experience designing electronic circuits and PCB boards - Desirable.*Qualified to degree level (Bachelors degree or equivalent).*Exposure to Altium Designer software - Desirable.*Experience in Microcontroller development and embedded firmware development.Benefits*22 Days Holiday + Christmas Break + Bank Holidays.*Competitive salary.*Life Assurance Cover.*Hybrid working.*On-going support and continuous training.
