Opportunity -Title: Customer Service Assistant-Salary: Up to £21800-Location: LoughboroughThis role is a great opportunity for a candidate that has a strong team working ethos and someone who enjoys structured KPI metrics. Key Requirements -SAP experience-Superb Customer Service skills, across a wide variety of mediums-Experience writing Reports in a professional setting-Being comfortable building working relationships with Key Account holders-An eye for detailIn your day to day, you will be a customer service representative, meaning phone calls and emails dealing with queries and any issues that may arise. You will be responsible for communicating with Key Account holders and taking any key pieces of informationand placing them into the SAP ordering system.
