Job Description

Customer Service Advisor£23,000 -Duties include:

  • Supporting customers ranging from technical, contractual, repairs and major breakdowns.
  • Ensuring you are providing the best solution.
  • Aiming to achieve first call resolution and ensuring you have a professional approach in resolving passenger and customer complaints/issues.
  • React and manage any sudden breakdowns, working with the team of field-based engineers and service delivery managers to resolve urgent issue
  • Proven experience dealing with a high workload, able to work both proactively and reactively to resolve external complaints.
  • Great customer services skills, weather gained within the hospitality or retail sectors.
  • Ability to show an understanding to their needs, empathy and provide a positive customer journey.
  • Professional and proactive mentality, looking to go above a beyond to rectify technical issues, which may include serious breakdowns.
