Job Description

Sanderson are currently recruiting for a Business Development Manager for one of our leading financial service clients , joining an already successful team you will help in developing and growing the brand within the mortgage intermediary market, developingand building new and existing relationships.Key Responsibilities.

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to Intermediaries, showcasing knowledge and understanding in key financial information, growing confidence and loyalty to the brand
  • Help develop the organisations customer base, by maintaining a high level of professionalism throughout the customer journey.
  • Develop excellent relationships with colleagues, and key stakeholders across the organisation.
  • Ensure effective promotion of all relevant products across organisation.
Skills and Experience required;
  • Experience within a business development or sales environment, ideally within the financial service market
  • Experience of the UK Mortgage Market or understanding.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, able to provide and explain key information about mortgage products and criteria offered. You will be first point of contact, assessing decisions in principle.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities with a focus on finding robust solutions.
  • Advantageous to hold CeMAP Level 1 qualifications.
Key Information
  • The role will initially be office based, working from the head office in Loughborough, there will be an element of flexibility once training completed.
  • Excellent benefits package including excellent pension scheme, life insurance and health scheme.
  • Salary - £27,000 - £30,000 dependent upon experience
