The Commercial Division at SF Recruitment have partnered an international business in Loughborough, who are actively recruiting for an Administrator to join their Head Office on a full time, permanent basis.As the administrator, you will work closely alongside the wider team to support with all administration responsibilities. This role is a customer focussed opportunity, where you will be responsible for building effective business relationships with a loyalcustomer base.Daily responsibilities could include:• Handling inbound enquiries from customers and suppliers.• Raising and processing purchase orders.• Creating customer quotations.• Managing in demand stock levels • Ensuring goods are received by customers within agreed time frames.• Maintaining updated account records for company audits.• Working closely alongside internal Customer Service, Sales and Logistics departments.The successful Administrator will need to have excellent communication skills both verbal and written, and thrive on delivering a first-class customer experience. You will be confident taking ownership when handling customer complaints, as well as maximisingsales opportunities. You will need to have previous Administration experience, and be IT literate (ideally having exposure to Microsoft packages).Working hours are flexible, either 8-4 or 9-5 with one day working from home which will increase to 2 days shortly.If you feel you have the right skills for this role please apply today or contact me directly on
