Job Description

Exciting new opportunity for a Sales Executive to join our client based in the Lostock area of Bolton. This is a great role and would suit someone who is confident on the phone. As a Sales Executive you will be the first point of contact for all new and potential projects and will be target driven.Your main role would be to maintain and establish an ongoing rapport with new and existing clients. The role would also involve searching for and securing new leads mainly using a bespoke database, but out of the box thinking to bring in new projects andclients will be encouraged, all whilst working towards monthly sales targets.Other Duties May Include:

  • Account Management of Sales Process from enquiry stage, through to close of works
  • Completion pre-qualification questionnaires and preferred supplier lists
  • Dealing with any client queries on price, availability and services
  • Working closely with the accounts team to assess risk factors
  • Review subcontract orders and contracts and agree payment terms
  • Pricing and raising quotations using Microsoft Excel and Word and over the phone quotations
  • Keeping various Excel spreadsheets up to date
  • Management of all client information and call diary entries on Sage ACT! System
  • Generation of live job sheets
  • Attending regular sales meetings with the Managing Director
  • Liaising with all departments to discuss and assist with, pricing, forecast of works, and programming works
  • Dealing with field sales
  • Adhoc general office duties
