Job Description

£24,000-£28,000pa plus commission and bonuses. OTE £30k

  • Job share.
  • 39.5 hours a week (inc. 1 hour paid lunch break) - 35.5 working hours a week.
  • 4 day working week inc. alternate Saturdays, following a fixed 2 weekly shift pattern.
  • Standard working hours are 9am-7pm Monday to Friday, and 9am-6pm Saturdays.
  • 6.6 weeks holiday per annum, increasing to 7.2 weeks holiday per annum with long service.
  • Inclusion in the office commission and bonus structure which is reviewed annually.
  • Company Pension Scheme.
  • Inclusion in the company sickness scheme on completion of 1st years service.
  • Office Based - (No flexi and no option to work from home.)
We are a busy Estate and Letting Agency looking for an experienced, capable, strong administrator/office manager to join our friendly team in Longwell Green. Working along side our lovely Administrator/Receptionist Julie, you will provide a backbone forthe office, ensuring everything runs smoothly, tasks are completed on time, and most importantly that our clients have a great experience. Although we are sales-based business, we are heavily focused on providing exceptional service to our clients, and thanksto our clients votes, we consistently win awards year on year. We are friendly, supportive, no-nonsense team and are looking for someone with a great work ethic and a good sense of humour to join us.You must be;Experienced in providing exceptional administrative support in a busy environment with a strong administrative skill set.Hardworking, with a can do attitude. A get it done and get it done right kind of person.Able to work at speed, multitask, and remain unflappable during busier times of the day.Reliable and trustworthy. We need to know we can rely on you to be present and work hard. Professionalism and trustworthiness are non-negotiable attributes we require of all our team members.Confident with a desire to never stop learning new skills.Friendly and helpful with a genuine desire to meet the needs of our clients and colleagues alike.Driven to meet company targets and support other team members to do the same with a willingness to promote our products and services (you will not be targeted).A team player. This term gets bounded around a lot, but we are a close supportive team and need someone able to balance their individuality and unique abilities with those of the others around them, for the greater good of the team and ourclients. This is a job share role so it is essential you can work closely with 1 other individual to ensure the seamless delivery of administrative support within the office.Super organised, able to effectively priories your own workload, and adaptable enough to handle changing demands, depending on what comes in throughout the working day.Able to touch type, have a great working knowledge of Microsoft Office, feel comfortable working with new tech, and have a willingness to learn new skills as our use of tech advances.Great on the phone (we spend a lot of time on the phone) and have the ability to communicate clearly on the phone, in person and via email.Able to drive, with a full UK driving license and a vehicle suitable for driving to client appointments and running errands. You will never be asked to carry clients in your vehicle, and you will be reimbursed for your petrol with an allowancefor wear and tear.
