Export AdministratorBristol £21,000 - 24000 DOE + Excellent Benefits As a result of growth, my Client, a highly innovative manufacturer of products supplied to FMCG environments including Food and Drink is seeking a Export Administrator to join an existing team of 3 The successful candidates main role will be to support the Sales team. This role is focused on the order processing and customer service element of this process. A key aspect of this role is to keep the customers informed of the status of their order and ensureon time and in full delivery to customers. You will be responsible for ensuring the customers needs are met throughout the process and drive the orders through to completion to ensure the transport and delivery of customer orders to UK and all locations overseasis undertaken accurately, cost effectively and in a timely way with the correct documentationMain Tasks will include: Receiving, acknowledging, processing and confirming Sales Orders Despatching of Sales Orders including the arrangement of transport Keeping the customer up to date with the status of their order including any delays Invoicing Sales orders Creation of shipping documentation (to include export) required for transport Answering incoming telephone calls Obtaining transport quotes on request from approved partnersKey Skills required for the successful candidate: Ideally have export documentation experience from a manufacturing background Shipping and haulage distribution experience helpful Must have excellent IT and communication skills Ideally the client is after a person fully experienced in export however would consider a candidate with a similar background and can demonstrate excellent attention to detailHours 8:30am to 5pm Monday - Thursday, 8:30am - 4pm FridayBenefits 10 % Pension 23 days holiday + 3 days holiday over Christmas when the site shuts down Working for a company that are very flexible and supportive to their workforce and who reward loyalty This role is commutable from Bristol, Bath, Keynsham, Clutton, Pensford and surrounding areas and may suit a candidate that has previously worked as an export clerk, logistics controller, logistics administrator, freight forwarder, shipping clerk, transportcoordinator
